Where Can I Find Some Good Workout Programs For Building Upper Body Muscle?
I want to build my upper body strength, but want to use some sort of program or schedule so that it will be more effective. I don’t need to lose weight really (I’m underweight for height and age). My parents recently included me in their family membership to Lifetime Fitness. I will be turning 16 very soon so I can go to the gym when I need to.
What are some workout programs, aimed more for upper body muscle, that I could use? Preferably something that involves shorter workouts if possible because I have a very hectic schedule. Also, what are some things I can do to motivate myself because I have never been very motivated to work out in the past.
here u go.. i have put together a more compact intense strengthing schedule…
mon chest, back,
bench press 3 sets, incline bench press 4 sets, incline dumbell press 4 sets
back dead lifts 4 sets, pullups 3 sets, lat pull down 4 sets
tue biceps, triceps, shoulders
chinups, 3 sets, bicep curl standing 4 sets, dips 4 sets, close gril bench press 4 sets, shoulder shrugs 4 sets, military press 4 sets
train abs for 5- 10 mins everyother day
thur.. legs… squats 4 sets, hamstring curls 3 sets. leg press 4 sets, calf raises 4 sets
dont skip legs!! because legs make u stronger! they get your whole body growing when u do them
make sure u eat alot more.. since u are underweight! alot of protein and complex carbs
