What is a good workout for limited time?

What would be a good routine for workouts with a limited schedule to devote to working out. I have never been into weight lifting but would like to start. I would like to find a workout for a healthy body kind of regime, overall fitness I guess.

1 min Pushups (Maximum)
1 min Situps (Maximum)
1:30 sec Chinups (Maximum)
2 min Squat Jumps (Maximum)

10 mins skipping for cardio

Do everything as fast as you can with proper form, eat healthy and try doing small things like climbing up the stairs using two steps or something.
