OK Highschoolers. Did ur public school have a national fitness test?
it was in april. stretching, crunches, push ups, mile , height weight? Ok if u did , did they actually measure ur fat cause my sisters school didnt do it (the fat thing but they did erything else) but my school is doing it. they actually grab ur fat. isnt that an awful thing to do to a bunch of insecure teens?
our school is in the process of doing that now, but this year’s seniors are exempt… but won’t be next year .
i think it could be bad for some kids self image, but there is a weight problem in america… although, i still think it shouldnt be up to the schools to deal with, especially not by the time we are in highschool.
so really im not sure what to think. personally, no fitness test is going to affect my self esteem
